Trade Relations and Economic-Technological Cooperation (2)Economic-Technological Cooperation In April 1994, the two sides established the Mediterranean Regional Centre for Traditional Chinese Medicine. The project provides short and mid-term training courses and runs a traditional Chinese clinic. Premier Li Peng proposed to build a "China Garden" for Malta for free during the Maltese Prime Minister's visit to China in June 1994.

THE MEDITERRANEAN REGIONAL CENTRE FOR TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE (MRCTCM)

The Centre is a Sino-Maltese cooperative project which was set up in 1993 and has been keeping the largest scale of clinic in Malta. The daily clinical work of the centre is carried out by top experts who are Chinese doctors sent by the Government P.R. China. The people suffering from the following disorders can get good results with Chinese Acupuncture and Massage treatment at the centre, as well as moxibation.

Painful Syndrom Headache, migraine, toothache, trigeminal neuralgia, shoulder and neck pains, tennis elbow, backache, intercostal neuralgia, sciatica, acute and chronic sprain. Disorders of Internal Organs Stomachache, abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhoea, poor digestion. Asthma/cough, common cold Nocturnal enuresis, retention of urine, infection of urinary tract, nocturnal emission, prostatitis, declined sexual ability. Hyperthyroidism, diabetes mellitus, hypertension. Facial paralysis, sequelae of wind stroke, insomnia, infertility. Dysmenorrhea, irregular menstruation, menopause syndrome. Others Eczema, general itching, acne. Abstention from smoking, losing weight, massage for relaxation Acute conjunctivitis, allergic rhinitis, tinnitus. General weakness, stress and strains.

DAS MEDITERRANEAN CENTRE FOR TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE vergibt 1 bis maximal 3 Ausbildungsplätze mit Praktikum und Fortbildung in TCM, pro Monat. SBO-TCM anerkannt, (Schweizer Berufsorganisation - TCM), und entsprechend der EMR-Richtlinien. Mindestdauer 1 Monat.(frühzeitige Buchung wäre erwünscht) Bitte beachten Sie, daß die Fluglinien "Frühbucherrabatte" gewähren und daß jetzt auch diverse "Discounter" Malta anfliegen. Sie erhalten in der hiesigen TCM-Gemeinschaftspraxis (4 chin. Doktoren, alle Senior Lecturers der Nanjing University China) fundierte Kenntnisse in Theorie und Praxis, Einzelunterricht... Nach Beendigung erhalten Sie ein Zertifikat der Nanjing Universität. Praktikums-Rapportblatt zur Vorlage beim SBO, EMR, oder ihrem jeweiligen Verband. Die Kosten betragen ab 2008 pro Monat 1750.- Euro. Unterbringung im priv. Gästehaus, Ferienwohnung oder Hotel. Die Kosten hierfür betragen 25.- Euro/Tag incl. 1 Mahlzeit an Wochentagen. Sie können aber auch selbst für Ihre Unterbringung Sorge tragen. In den Monaten November, Dezember, Januar und Februar können wir die Unterkunft für 18.- Euro anbieten. Ersparnis: 210.- Euro pro Monat. Wiederholungsbucher erhalten einen Discount von 100.- Euro Englischkenntnisse wären gut, aber nicht Bedingung, da viel: "learning by doing."
